The two separating funnels placed by 50.00 ml of the standard solution of cobalt (0.30 ug / ml), and nickel (0.10 mg / ml) was added N, N'-diethyldithiocarbamate and extracted complexes formed CCl4. The extracts were pooled and diluted to 10.00 ml of CCl4. Read absorbance of both extracts at 367 and 328 nm, cuvette l = 1,0 cm and received: A367, Co = 0.365, A328, Co = 0.100, A367, Ni = 0,186, A328, Ni = 0,300.
An aliquot of the sample solution volume of 50.00 ml containing cobalt and nickel, was placed in a separatory funnel and was added all reagents as standard solutions. The absorbance of this extract (10.00 mL CCl4) measured at 367 and 328 nm. l = 1,0 cm
Calculate the concentration (pg / ml) cobalt and nickel in the sample solution to bring the results of measurements:
2) A367 = 0.410; A328 = 0.320
